You’re future responsibilities will be the following:
- Interfacing with internally and externally hosted Certificate Authorities (CAs) and Registration Authorities
- Upgrading and deploying PKI to all environments
- Analyzing all aspects of the existing infrastructure and providing recommendations to enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability
- Troubleshooting unique and complex problems related to Security infrastructure and PKI
- Learning and deploying new security products as needed
- Developing pioneering approaches to emerging information security industry trends and assisting with automation of the environment
- Day-to-day responsibility to ensure operation of hardware security modules (HSMs) and Key Management
- Act as SME to Support & Operations staff related PKI / Security topics
- Evaluate/recommend new products and emerging technologies
- Maintain service delivery and system functionality
- Implement and make recommendations to design/architecture of new solutions
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, configuration of security implementation of workplace solutions, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, and support and maintenance of infrastructure and information systems
- Works within the Information Technology function of Global EUS, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies
- Participates in architecture reviews to ensure that solutions comply with standards and uses approved technologies
- Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas
- Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives
- Develops strategy and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives
Your experience typically includes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years related experience or; a Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English due to the role being Global
- Strong knowledge of PKI concepts, Security patterns and practices
- Hands-on familiarity with Certificate Services and related components
- Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management and its integration with PKI
- Working knowledge of McAfee products, EPO configuration
- Experience with certificate-enabled applications, such as SSL/TLS, S/MIME, authentication, EFS, 802
1X, Code Signing, etc - General understanding of cryptographic concepts: symmetric/asymmetric cryptography, secure hash, digital signatures
- Strong technical writing skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Large enterprise IT consulting, administration, or support experience
- Additional Experience/Skills in areas of related security topics such as BitLocker, McAfee, MBAM, MDOP, IdM, IaM, etc
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Smart card or security token experience
- Cross-platform knowledge (Mac, Mobile Device, Unix, Linux, Windows)
- Software development or scripting skills using Java, C#, PowerShell, ASP
NET, etc - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Services, or similar
- Systems or Network Administration experience
- Advanced certifications (CISSP, MCSE) preferred
- Project experience in the PKI environment, both in the context of the setup as well as in the field of advanced certificates or ETSI
