About your new role
- You play an active part in the technical conception and implementation of new ideas for the shopping experience at idealo
- You experiment with technology so we quickly find the right solutions for our customers of tomorrow
- You work hands-on on all parts of our microservice based application
- You will be working closely with our UX-Department and Product Owner to develop a modern face for the web applications
- With your agile and delivering mindset, you drive improvements to the existing system in an iterative manner
Skills & Requirements
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a software developer in the development of backend services and modern web applications
- You bring deep and diverse knowledge of full-stack technologies: from backend to frontend, from testing to deployment
- You have especially experience in the following technologies: Java 8, Spring, Jenkins, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React/AngularJS, REST Services
- You have a sense of solving problems, the smart and simple way
- You have worked in an agile and delivering-focused team before
- You have excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Learning German is a plus
