About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Quantitative Developer/Senior System Developer to join our trading team
You will be working on developing our low latency cryptocurrency and FX trading system and implementing trading strategies
Responsibilities
- Manage quant developer team and lead different projects cross trading infrastructure, strategies and risk development
- Design and development of our automated trading system, including exchange connectivity, order management system, risk management system
- Implementing trading strategies, including quoting, hedging, arbitrage and market making
- Work closely with other teams to automate trading/reconcile/analytics work flow
- Provide technical support for trading system
Requirements
- Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science or related discipline
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and wilting to solve challenge question
- Ability to thrive on the challenge of competitive pressure
- 8++ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of high performance trading system development
- Hardcore C/C++, python programming on both Linux and Windows
- Experience of MongoDB and KDB/Q programming
- Experience in designing multi-threaded and network socket software
- Experience of C# GUI programming is a plus
- Experience of MongoDB or KDB/Q programming is a plus
- Experience of market making/quant trading system development is a plus
