• Be able to learn highly technical subject matter and become go-to experts for other colleagues and clients·
• Quickly design proof-of-concept prototypes for a range of projects·
• Set the standard for understanding complex problems·
• Talk to people with authority about the implementation of new and disruptive technologies·
• Have an awareness and understanding of new technologies being used in finance
• Some coding abilities to be able to prototype ideas quickly (Python, javascript & HTML preferable)
• A background in academia, or have worked on data analysis and critical thinking·
• An understanding of technical, developer-level product implementation·
• An understanding of machine learning and it’s abilities·
• An enthusiasm to learn and understanding new technologies such as Blockchain & Mobile payments·
• The ability to communicate complex ideas to non-experts with eloquence and confidence
