We are looking for support with the further development of our blockchain-based protocol
As a senior in our team you’re working with proven specialists on a solution for data sovereignty on the internet
You work mainly on the backend of the system
You are responsible for the defnition and development of the system architecture together with our team
You take responsiblity for the further development of the system and work closely with the Tech Product Owner and the Project Lead
For this purpose we need your expertise, enthusiasm and passion for the new technologies in the world of blockchain
In cooperation with our software architects and scientists you’re contributing to make the internet a fairer and more democratic place
Your tasks:
- definition and implementation of system architecture
- further development of the Blockchain runtime
- Integration of partner Frameworks / Blockchains / Parachains
- Implementing brand-new research results (like Zero Knowledge Proofs, Token Curated Attersters)
- implementation of frameworks and interfaces based on open standards and norms
Your profile:
- strong computer science and development fundamentals: (MSc or PhD in Computer Science required)
– object-oriented design
– functional programming
– algorithm design
– complexity analysis
- min 5 years of experience

high expertise in at least two modern programming language

experience in designing software (scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, maintenance)
- should produce reliable and maintainable code
- should be able to find creative solutions to difficult problems
- knowledge of best practices around the full software development life cycle, like coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and devops
- ability to mentor junior software developers
- very good communication skills and experience in managing stakeholders
Nice to have:
- interest in Polkadot
- experience in the administration of Linux
- knowledge in cryptographic processes and PKI
