As Head of Compliance at Eco, you will: 

• Help us solve complex money movement challenges, every day
   
• Be responsible for building and managing a best-in-class financial compliance program and team, creating and modifying policies and procedures as necessary to keep up with changes in industry regulations
   
• Design analytics, user flows and reporting processes to ensure Eco has scalable controls, record-keeping and risk assessment practices
   
• Work directly with regulators, auditors and company leadership to ensure Eco is proactive in its efforts to anticipate and satisfy compliance requirements in best faith
   
• Coordinate closely with engineering, support and product leadership to ensure we always put user experience and security first while satisfying all relevant compliance requirements
  

We’re looking for you if: 

• You have expert knowledge of compliance regulations and recent FATF and FINCEN decisions/guidance/policies related to cryptocurrency
  
• You have significant experience developing and managing a compliance function in the payments, fintech and/or banking industry
  
• You have experience directly interfacing with state and federal regulators
  
• You hustle! Your record shows that you thrive amidst multi-tasking and are risk-tolerant amidst ambiguity
  
• You consider discipline, integrity and unparalleled work ethic to be three of your core values
  
• You seek to translate every compliance decision into user impact
  You strive to maintain simplicity, trust and minimalism in user experience
