It starts with the Eco App, empowering users to earn while their money sits, and when it moves—with those compounding effects yielding a 10x improvement over how users manage their finances today
The journey ends (or just begins) with the Eco Currency, built for payments and designed for community ownership, with fair distribution of economic value

As a Backend Engineer at Eco you will:

• Work across our tech stack, contributing to everything from architecture to testing frameworks
   
• Be an integral member of our early engineering team, translating our roadmap into product features, sophisticated analytics tools, and open source contributions
   
• Approach all aspects of development with a fundamental focus on security, reliability, upgradability and usability
  

We’re looking for you if: 

• You bring 2-5 years’ full-stack experience with a focus on back-end systems development—and a track record of employment, internship and/or open source contribution that demonstrates elite talent
   
• You consider discipline, integrity and unparalleled work ethic to be three of your core values
  
• You’re imaginative and uniquely driven by our vision
  
• You refuse to accept that any technical problem is impossible at first impression
