About the Role:
This position within the Marketing Team for a Digital Marketing Analyst that reports directly to the Management Team of coinpass
com
You will be responsible for bringing new ideas to the team, witty marketing ideas, contributing to developing our social media messaging, SEO research and development for all our frontend website traffic and social media messaging, blog, writen & video content, engaging with our audience and monitoring our competitors
You will have a proven experience in monitoring SEO Keyword search and development for our industry as well as sub-niches
Developing processes and strategies around constant evolution of exposure in our current markets as well as exploring new markets
Developing these SEO oppourtunities into Traffic Converting actions through improving our social media, email campaigns, blogging and copy writing, new landing pages and improvements on existing content
You’ll track our competitors exposure and traffic to implement and improve our own strategy on a weekly basis
You’ll report to the management team monthly leveraging tools like AHREFS/SEMRush, Google Analytics, Facebook Business
The role will involve contributing to social media channel development, SEO keyword research, analytics, reporting, and development
Any connections with large enterprises, partnerships, business development, regulators, or government will be fully supported by the management team
You will be working in a team with one Junior Analyst to work with and delegate to as well as a Marketing Manager to report to
The role will be closely tied to growth KPI’s with a probation period for successful applicants
Responsibilities:
Ensure community growth, new user acquisition, conversion, and positive image for the online company profile
Research & Develop new ways to attract users and clients for both B2C and B2B acquisition
SEO keyword research and development for Landing Pages
Website and Social Media Traffic Analytics and Reporting
Research, construct and help contribute to hyper-relevant content for new & existing users
Provide feedback to the team for suggestions to improve the reach, conversion, and acquisition of new users
Leverage tools such as AHREFS, Google Analytics, Facebook Business to find accessible client bases and develop strategies to attract audiences and drive traffic
Stay on top of local and international crypto trends in news, media, and video
Requirements:
minimum 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing, Community Management with a Mid/Large Brand
Previous experience developing online communities
Previous experience and relevant knowledge of growth hacking strategies to grow an online following, social growth, website traffic, and other user acquisition strategies
Proven skills in project management, detailed communication, and delegation to content writers, designers, and other freelancer workforces
Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and Linkedin, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, AHREFS, and other
Strong Organisation and Project Management Skills working in Asana and Slack
Great communication skills
Thorough and Detailed
Strong Crypto Knowledge
Following UK working hours (flexibility available for right applicants)
