You’ll be part of a team of highly skilled and experienced technicians managing and providing services and platforms to the rest of Nets on cloud and modern application hosting technologies
With this team, we are building and running the platform for the development, test and operation processes for other teams in Nets to work autonomously and automate as many of their processes
We have an ambitious vision to provide a fast, stable and secure path from idea to production, by enabling and supporting teams in engineering and operating products and driving the adoption of modern technologies across Nets
 

You’ll be powering the QA/Entitlement Service team in the department Path to Production

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Effectively leverage dashboards, reports and promote software intelligence service measures internally to the product development teams in business units by utilizing all the information delivered by code quality tools
     
  • Help create action plans for diverse types of stakeholders by explaining how to use code analysis tools outputs to drive improvements on application software quality and productivity improvement across Nets
     
  • Push software intelligence measures in the right tools, dashboards, scorecards in place in the product development teams by understanding how to use APIs and various integration packages
     
  • Work closely with new and existing product development teams across Nets in setting up efficient use of code analysis & software intelligence tools & support them to work with integration to the CICD pipeline
  • Take an active role in the community of practice meetings, influencing, advising on information & right usage of our services

Your professional qualifications include:

  • Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in complex fintech organisation in technical roles as developer/hands-on architect
     
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least a programming language (Java,
    NET, COBOL, C/C++), one RDBMS programming language and understanding of software architecture
     
  • Demonstrated superior results working with agile product development teams both offshore/nearshore
     
  • Solid experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes & software engineering principles
    Experience with CI/CD pipeline design & improvements
