Senior Account Manager – Sales Manager APAC time zone

We are looking for
A sales/account professional with a product owner’s mindset, capable of cooperating cross-location engineering, sales and project teams, and driving further growth of the company
This can be a remote position but we will give preference to those willing to relocate to Chiang Mai, Thailand, we’re open to Pacific and Asian locations and time zones

Required experience:

  • Expected 3+ years in the software industry, 2+ years of project management;
  • Collaborating with multi-location/cross-country teams;
  • Working with EU, USA and Asian clients;
  • Good grasp of modern software development methodologies;
  • Participation in pre-sales: processing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs;
  • Performing requirements analysis and project estimation;
  • Strong budget management skills, project margin optimization;
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills;
  • Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakeholders globally across clients, sales and delivery;
  • Account Management experience is a plus;
  • Product Ownership experience is a big advantage;
  • Passionate about crypto
    Industry experience would be of an advantage
  • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
  • Fluent English is a must, knowledge of other Asian languages would be of an advantage

    Responsibilities:


    • Managing portfolio consisting of multiple projects with various tech stacks;
    • Monitoring and controlling Delivery Quality and Financial Goals of a portfolio;
    • Developing a relationship with leads and customers;
    • Active sales and business development;
