We are looking for
A sales/account professional with a product owner’s mindset, capable of cooperating cross-location engineering, sales and project teams, and driving further growth of the company
This can be a remote position but we will give preference to those willing to relocate to Chiang Mai, Thailand, we’re open to Pacific and Asian locations and time zones
Required experience:
- Expected 3+ years in the software industry, 2+ years of project management;
- Collaborating with multi-location/cross-country teams;
- Working with EU, USA and Asian clients;
- Good grasp of modern software development methodologies;
- Participation in pre-sales: processing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs;
- Performing requirements analysis and project estimation;
- Strong budget management skills, project margin optimization;
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills;
- Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakeholders globally across clients, sales and delivery;
- Account Management experience is a plus;
- Product Ownership experience is a big advantage;
- Passionate about crypto
Industry experience would be of an advantage - Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
- Fluent English is a must, knowledge of other Asian languages would be of an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Managing portfolio consisting of multiple projects with various tech stacks;
- Monitoring and controlling Delivery Quality and Financial Goals of a portfolio;
- Developing a relationship with leads and customers;
- Active sales and business development;
