Responsible for sourcing for potential candidates, managing interview arrangements and conducting preliminary phone interviews with shortlisted candidates;
Record and sort out recruitment information;
Analyse recruitment trends and data and complete HR weekly reports;
Support other adhoc tasks as and when required ย
Requirement:
Currently pursuing a HR Degree in an established university;ย
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Canย be on duty five days a week and work remotely;
Able to take initiative, be responsible and have self-discipline;
