Requirements
- 2+ years experience of successful closing vacancy in IT sphere;
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills,high level of empathy;
 - Strong knowledge of different interview techniques (main focus on identifying soft skills);
 - Be professional in different sourcing and recruiting tools (not just LinkedIn);
 - Focused on the result, having real passion to close complex positions;
 - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems;
 - Advanced level of English
 
Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle of the recruitment process (IT/Digital Marketing/Data Analytics Vacancy);
 - Source talents with preferred sourcing methods and tools;
 - Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles;
 - Create complete and detailed job descriptions according to job responsibilities and business requirements;
 - Built strong and effective relationships with hiring managers;
 - Coordinate testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision-makers;
 - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
 - Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
