Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Decentralized Bridge / Blockchain Project
Job Summary: For a portfolio of companies- we are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our decentralized bridge/blockchain project
As the CTO, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy, innovation, and execution of the project
The ideal candidate will have previous experience launching other blockchains and possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field, with at least 5 years in Web3
You will play a key role in speaking with investors, making technical innovations, managing engineering directors, deciding on budget and hiring policies, and providing overall vision to the blockchain project
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical strategy and execution of the decentralized bridge blockchain project
- Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities and implementing technical advancements
- Collaborate with the executive team to align technical decisions with business goals
- Engage with investors, presenting the technical vision and demonstrating the project’s potential
- Manage and mentor a team of engineering directors, providing guidance and support
- Oversee the budgeting process and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Define and implement hiring policies to attract and retain top talent
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Provide overall vision and direction for the blockchain project’s technical roadmap

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, with minimum of 5 years in the blockchain industry, with a track record of successfully launching other blockchains
- Strong technical background with expertise in decentralized technologies and blockchain protocols
- Proven leadership experience, managing and motivating engineering teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with investors and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Deep understanding of budgeting and resource allocation
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance considerations in the blockchain industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation and navigate challenges
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
