Operations Intern
The Operations Intern will support the team in projects that improve business processes and efficiency
You will be a hands-on team member and learn to sharpen your problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the management team to deliver on internal projects that support building a strong & sustainable company
- Support the planning and execution of key projects
- Build processes to deliver on tasks spanning across multiple functions, including Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance – employee onboarding, financial reporting & management
- Testing new products & features that help improve internal processes & productivity
Requirements
- Background in Accounting/Finance/Legal will be an advantage but not required
- Problem-solver – forward thinking and ability to solve problems independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset – Proactive and hands-on, with a bias towards action
- Possess grit, tenacity, and adaptability to perform within a start-up environment
- Strong communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Docs (especially Google Sheets)
- Interest in blockchain technology, Web3 solutions
