The Telos Network is seeking a web3 focused and experienced Business Development and Partnerships growth lead
 The primarily focus of this role will be to lead the outbound, inbound and Business Development team in growing the number of applications, tool etc on the Telos Network

Responsibilities:Â
- Lead the Telos Network partnership growth strategy for both outbound and inbound
- Lead calls with potential partners and be able to communicate the value of the Telos Network effectively
- Take ownership of the growth of the Telos Ecosystem
- Own and manage the Telos Ignite (grants) program, evaluating potential partners and selecting grant size etc

What we are looking for:Â
- Full understanding the WEB3 ecosystem and a regular user
 - Ability to manage and lead team, create trackable KPIs
 - 1+ year industry experience within WEB3 working in partnerships, Business Development or a similar role
Â
- Well connected within the ecosystem, existing contacts that can be leveraged within DEFI, Gaming, NFT etc
 - Ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and foster long-lasting relationships
 - Understand how an inbound funnel should work in an ideal state
 - Strong communicator- written and spokenÂ
- Ability to work in real-time with the dev team; relaying information and feedback from clients to help shape our productÂ
