We’re looking for a self- motivated leader to drive and define leadership & manager learning strategy and programs
  A strategic thinker as well as an executor, you’ll work with leaders across the org to identify needs and create and deliver innovative learning experiences for our people
  

What you’ll be doing (ie
job duties):

• Define and adapt the manager and leadership learning strategy 
• Build relationships across our leadership and people team to keep a close pulse on leadership priorities in a dynamic environment
• Design & facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences at the VP, OG, line manager, and team levels
• Continuously improve manager job-aids (Manager Toolkit, Team Engagement Guide)
• Reimagine new manager training
• Manage Torch leadership coaching program

What we look for in you (ie
job requirements):

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Comfort in ambiguity and agility in the face of change
• Experience piloting and pivoting based on feedback
• Willingness to travel up to 20% – more if not located in New York or Bay Area
• Willingness to be in-office 2 days / week, 12 weeks a year (to facilitate workshops)

Nice to haves:

• Experience as a manager (though this role will be an IC)
• Learning team experience
• Instructional design skills

Pay Transparency Notice:  Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $161,500 to $190,000 + target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k))
