Job Description:

As a Community Manager Intern/Apprentice at our company, you will be responsible for managing our community on platforms such as Twitter and Discord
The primary goal is to foster a positive and engaging environment for our members and followers whilst keeping them informed about our initiatives
Proficiency in English and understanding of Web3 technologies is a must for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Engagement: Interact with our community on Twitter and Discord
    Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews

  2. Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (, original text, photos, videos, and news)
    Organize regular community events and initiatives to keep members engaged and informed

  3. Community Growth: Implement strategies to grow and expand our community on Twitter and Discord platforms
    This may include partnerships, promotions, or collaborations

  4. Community Moderation: Oversee and control the conversation within the community to ensure guidelines and rules are adhered to
    Manage conflicts and handle community disputes diplomatically

  5. Feedback Analysis: Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from the community
    Liaise with the team to ensure community feedback is acknowledged and considered in our products/services development

  6. Web3 Ecosystem Understanding: Utilize understanding of Web3 technologies to guide, educate, and inform our community
    Provide updates and news about the impact of the Web3 ecosystem on our projects

  7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the success of community engagement (, return on investment and member acquisition), using community engagement tools, social media marketing tools, and Google Analytics

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Experience with Web3 and blockchain technologies is a plus
  • Ability to interpret website traffic
  • Knowledge of Discord, Twitter and social media best practices
  • Good interpersonal and mediation skills

As an intern/apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team, learning from experienced community managers while making a significant contribution to our online community

Education:

A degree in Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory
We highly value real-world experience and on-the-job learning
