🙌🏼 What you will be doing
We are looking for a Paralegal to be a central part of the legal team’s accelerating growth and help them deliver timely and efficient advice to our entities across the globe
🧩 What you will be working on
- Maintaining and organizing legal documents and records
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings
- Conducting legal research on regulatory requirements, industry trends, and case law relevant to fintech operations, providing timely and accurate information to support decision-making
- Collaborating with legal teams to prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
- Support due diligence processes to assess potential legal risks and liabilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of applications for various licenses required for fintech operations in the United States
- Manage and prioritize high-volume administrative tasks, such as document processing, filing, and correspondence, to ensure efficient workflow with the team
- Identifying and implementing legal processes and setting up new tools to help the legal team scale up
- Managing external counsels and tracking external legal costs
- Providing general administrative support for the legal team and supporting the legal team communication with the business
- Scheduling meetings and responding to general enquiries

🤟🏻 What you will bring:
- Paralegal qualification is a plus, but previous paralegal experience (ideally 4 + years) is a must
- A passion for crypto and the economic freedom it can offer: our mission is to create an open financial system for the world – we want you to help
- Ideally previous experience working within a tech focused company or team
- Excellent organisational skills and experience in implementing and streamlining processes
- Excellent attention to detail
