Job Title: Senior Backend Rust Engineer
Reports To: Ethan Frey, Chief Technology Officer
Summary:
- We are looking for a Rust server programmer who can contribute to our off-chain AVS operator stack as well as our custom Rust blockchain using CometBFT
Responsibilities:
- Building out networking, queries, transaction signing and more in our offchain operator system
- Contributing to a custom blockchain, especially the networking interfaces and contributions to multithreading and database work
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Rust server programming (async, thread pools, networking, etc)
- Working in CET +/- 1 hour
- Good written communication skills
- Writes solid, maintainable code
- Experience with remote work and agile teams
- Knowledge of public key crypto a plus
- Knowledge of libp2p a plus
