The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Community team engaging with one of the most active and popular communities in the blockchain industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend customer inquiries / feedback via case management promptly and efficientlyÂ
- Identify & manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational list
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and evolve operating procedures to complement written supervisory procedures
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology and mechanics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Passionate, result oriented, and good team player
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin would be an added advantage
