Alpha is a young and growing NFT marketing business with clients and team members situated across the globe
As a project manager and virtual assistant your job will be to manage the team, client projects and their deliverables
Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings both internally and externally with clients taking notes on who is doing what and when it needs to be delivered
- Sharing notes out and creating tasks from these in project management software
- Tracking team tasks and flagging delivery blockers early
- Managing communication channels both internally and externally
- Optimise delivery steams
- Weekly reports to department heads across all projects
Experience
- You should have project managed at least 2 projects in the past
These can be digital marketing or product development - Mastery of efficiently settling up meetings and planning projects
- Good knowledge of project management software, right now we use Notion but are open to others
- Very good with people, able to encourage and track tasks at individual and team level, making it feel important and fun rather than a chore
