About the Galaxy 2024 Strategic Opportunities Internship Program:
The Galaxy Summer Internship Program is an immersive and exciting, nine-week experience taking place on-site in our London office
During the nine weeks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on, practical work experience on our Trading Strategic Opportunities team
In addition to learning on the job, Galaxy interns participate in professional development programming, fun social events, and networking opportunities with senior leaders
Program Dates: July 8th – September 6, 2024
What You’ll Do:
- Provide support to the global Galaxy Strategic Opportunities team
- Participate in the company’s overall business development; liaising with clients, assisting in resolving issues, and identifying any areas of opportunities
- Monitor the cryptocurrency market trends and news updates
- Analyze various blockchain platforms and compare their features and benefits
- Study white papers and technical documents to understand the nuances of different crypto projects
What We’re Looking For:
- General knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and core components of staking and blockchain infrastructure
- Knowledge of or experience interacting with crypto native applications / blockchain networks
- General understanding of trading concepts used to manage live positions
Eligibility Requirements:
- Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
- Eligible master’s students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience
- Students enrolled in PhD, MBA, or JD programs are not eligible to apply
