About the Role

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for expanding our existing accounts with our small and medium business space
You will work in partnership with our SMB new business team to onboard new clients and build account expansion plans to grow Gross Services Volume in each account


  • Partner with our new business sales team to build targeted account plans for the clients we serve
  • Expand our job footprint in both contract and direct hire with a goal of growing revenue month over month 
  • Build relationships, find the best ways to scale different customers, and contribute to their long-term success
  • Work with our SDR team to drive a referral network of new clients to drive additional revenue
  • Making product and process recommendations to our product and talent operations team from customer feedback to improve our platform 


  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B account management or sales
  • Experience in professional services or management consulting is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a deep desire to help customers succeed
  • Highly organized and operationally efficient, able to work on a wide variety of projects throughout the day
  • Proven experience building processes to scale and report on account management
