Role and Responsibilities:
- Monthly closing and financial reporting to Headquarters
- Prepare the Journal entries for revenue and costs
- Prepare the Journal entries for Payroll and tax
- Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- Act as the main contact for banks and handling the fund transfer requestsÂ
- Assist the Manager and tax advisor to prepare the supporting document for tax filing
- Support the Manager in handling external audit
- Support other statutory reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of accounting experience or audit experience
- Foreign owned company finance experience
- Business English, TOEIC 800 or above
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience on Kanjo-bugyo, or other accounting system
- Oracle is preferred but not a must
