Responsibilities
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for payroll related transactions
- Coordinates with payroll processing vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, bonus and other reimbursements
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
- Assist with reviewing month end close report
- Work closely with HR team on the payroll matters
- Other tasks delegated by the management
- Support the other team members
- Support the implementation and improvement of accounting/financial systems
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration is a must
- Good knowledge of local accounting GAAP, Certified Public Accountant is a plus
- Minimum 6 years of experience at relevant positions
- Experienced and knowledgeable of accounting, financial reporting, and finance management
- Fluent writing and speaking in English and Mandarin, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
- Honest and professional work ethic, ability to handle highly confidential information with an appropriate level of discretion
- A team player, able to work under pressure
