As an Accounting Operations Team member, you will play a key role in supporting our finance and accounting operations, gaining hands-on experience in various accounting processes and systems
This position is ideal for a student who is looking to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world environment and develop their professional skills in accounting and finance
Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and recording of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Engage in data entry and maintenance of financial records in our accounting software
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Help in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
Requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
