The main focus of this position is onboarding influencers that will promote Binance to their audience, plus working closely with them to make sure their promotions are effective
A considerable part of the work is communicating with affiliates and providing all the assets and tools they need to drive more users to Binance
The ideal candidate should be a great communicator, data-driven, and outgoing
 This position is a paid internship and can be fully remote
Responsibilities:
- Growing affiliate network: cold outreach to YouTubers, Media, Influencers
Negotiations, onboarding, paperwork if needed - Managing key accounts: regular communication with affiliates, analyzing their performance, and offering recommendations on how to improve
- Creating and executing promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI
- Building reports using internal data, optimizing overall affiliate channel performance
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Self-learning personality and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once
- Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experiences in BD or marketing would be an advantage
- Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus
- Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable
- Available to work 3 ~ 4 days per week, prefer long term internship
