Responsibilities
- Exposure to our 24*7 coverage support process
- Investigating and resolving user issues in timely manner for spot trading/wallet unit
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product managers, developer and management team on enhancement execution
- Analyze data, and follow through system/workflow enhancements
- Drive and deliver project/initiatives within designated timelines
- Monitor risk/operations alert and resolve/escalate issues related to daily operations
Requirements
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- Welcome challenges and enjoy fast paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills and user focus mindset
- Passion and curiosity for the industry
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English
