As a Brand Experience Intern

, you’ll be part of the Brand Experience Team
Integrated into the Communications department, the Brand Experience team is in charge of bringing product and brand stories to life through campaigns, partnerships, collaborations and IRL activations
Our goal is to build the brand and create demand, positioning Ledger at the forefront of the cultural movement and increase awareness and strengthen Ledger’s cultural footprint inside and outside the crypto ecosystem
As a Brand Experience Intern, you’ll be focused on supporting the existing team working on custom Ledger product collaborations and partnerships

Your missions:

    • Project management:

    • Support on internal project management: manage collaborations project and be a point of contact between all the internal stakeholders from the beginning to the end of a collaboration
    • In charge of following the delivery timeline (with the internal stakeholders) until delivery of the project
    • Help improve operational processes and create key documentation such as deck, roadmap, one-pager, design drive folder, to share with the partner as well as to communicate to the overall communications team
    • Internal and external partner relationship:

    • Support on external partner relationship management: in charge of follow-up with the partners, ensuring back and forth communications
    • Support in synchronizing and updating with the rest of the communications team (content, social etc
      )
    • Liaise with business, legal, finance, and production departments to ensure every new project is released according to best practices
    • Strategy Support:

    • Support in defining component of the different partnership, proactivity in suggesting new activations
    • Support on comms plan for collab releases 
    • Monitor emerging trends in comms, web3 and cultural marketing, cryptocurrencies adoption, blockchain in general
    • Track performance for each collab launch, and define post-launch sustain plan in order to reach sold-out

What we’re looking for:

    • Having a Diploma in Communications, Marketing
    • Being curious about cryptocurrencies, web3, NFTs and eager to learn more about this ecosystem, 
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
