Our Business Development Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including the independent sales of our products and the management and coordination of our sales team
They will work to ensure that our sales team is meeting and exceeding their targets, while also identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion in our market
Additionally, they will collaborate with other departments within our organization to develop and implement strategies that are aligned with our overall business objectives

You will 🚀
- Attracting delegations, grants, and selling additional services to blockchain foundations
- Identifying key stakeholders and establishing relationships with them
- Achieving semi-annual financial goals in the designated area
- Building relationships with potential clients
- Conducting negotiations, presentations, and closing deals
- Selling staking in new networks to a limited number of investors in these networks
- Monitoring the daily output of two sales teams
- Ensuring quality control of work and compliance with the rules of working with clients
- Leading and implementing projects to improve the efficiency of the commercial department
You have 🤓
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales of complex technology products at C-level (CTO, founder, CEO)
- Perfect spoken and written English at mother tongue level
- Deep understanding of the blockchain market and technology
- High degree of independent organization of work and discipline
- Ability to maintain a high pace of work
- Proven experience in managing a B2B sales team
- Proven experience in implementing commercial projects and initiatives
