Joining our team as Business Operations Specialist
you will have the chance to work closely with the founders' team on optimizing and streamlining business processes within the organization, project management and collaboration with various company departments, analysis and reporting of operational and financial data and development and implementation of new operational procedures
We are looking for a person with a proactive approach, high autonomy and decisiveness as well as a passion for developing one of the most promising projects in the Ethereum ecosystem
What we are looking for in candidates:

- 👉Ability to analyze data and identify trends, opportunities and problems,
- 👉Planning, organizing and managing projects from initiation to completion,
- 👉Ability to present complex concepts in a way that can be understood by a variety of audiences,
