BitOasis Turkey Finance team is seeking an organized, attentive client payment officer to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine tasks, such as processing payments, accepting deposits, and handling withdrawals
To succeed as Client Payment Officer, you should have a customer-focused attitude
And you should be courteous, efficient, detail oriented and accurate
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily payment transaction processing
- Marking deposits as paid
- Marking withdrawals as sent
- Contributes to process improvements and increased efficiency by adopting best current business practices
- Handle all other back-office duties related to disbursement and payments as may be required from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountant, finance or any relevant field
- Junior / entry level with a 1-2 year of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good command in English language (Writing & Speaking)
- Time management and communication skills needed
