Job Description:
As a Community Manager Intern/Apprentice at our company, you will be responsible for managing our community on platforms such as Twitter and Discord
The primary goal is to foster a positive and engaging environment for our members and followers whilst keeping them informed about our initiatives
Proficiency in English and understanding of Web3 technologies is a must for this role
Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Interact with our community on Twitter and Discord
Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews

Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (, original text, photos, videos, and news)
Organize regular community events and initiatives to keep members engaged and informed

Community Growth: Implement strategies to grow and expand our community on Twitter and Discord platforms
This may include partnerships, promotions, or collaborations

Community Moderation: Oversee and control the conversation within the community to ensure guidelines and rules are adhered to
Manage conflicts and handle community disputes diplomatically

Feedback Analysis: Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from the community
Liaise with the team to ensure community feedback is acknowledged and considered in our products/services development

Web3 Ecosystem Understanding: Utilize understanding of Web3 technologies to guide, educate, and inform our community
Provide updates and news about the impact of the Web3 ecosystem on our projects

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the success of community engagement (, return on investment and member acquisition), using community engagement tools, social media marketing tools, and Google Analytics
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Experience with Web3 and blockchain technologies is a plus
- Ability to interpret website traffic
- Knowledge of Discord, Twitter and social media best practices
- Good interpersonal and mediation skills
As an intern/apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team, learning from experienced community managers while making a significant contribution to our online community
Education:
A degree in Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory
