We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Community Support Specialist to join our team
In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our Discord server, ensuring that our community members have a seamless and enjoyable experience

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Resolving problems by clarifying the user’s complaint after verifying its validity
  • Determining user issues, explaining the best possible solution, and ensuring it is being handled in compliance with the company’s guidelines and policies
  • The support will be provided via the ticket system, Telegram and Discord
  • Directing feedback from users to relevant departments
  • Provide general administrative support to the business development department and management team
  • The position is performed in English

The ideal candidate – who you are and requirements: 

  • Fluent in English written and verbal skills with excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Web3 space
  • Eager to learn, have the ability to receive constructive feedback, and the desire to implement it
  • Must be at least a high school graduate, but preferably have an undergraduate degree in marketing or similar fields
  • At least 1-year experience working in a customer service position
  • Good understanding of performing administration tasks
  • Must be friendly and customer-oriented
  • Strong communication skills accompanied by excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills are a must
  • Based in the Asian time zone
