Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and respond to regulatory requests with a primary focus on US regulatory bodies such as FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, OFAC, DoJ, etc
- Coordinate and support all aspects of the compliance audit process from start to finish
- Leverage compliance expertise to provide consultative support to business units as needed
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive the company’s compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
- Assist with the implementation and roll-out of any necessary compliance programs across the organization
- Manage cross functional projects responsive to regulator or monitor requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-10 years experience in compliance
- Exceptional knowledge of US Compliance and Regulatory landscape is required
- Prior experience working with a monitorship or US regulatory bodies is highly preferred
- A legal background or prior regulator experience is a major plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and make critical decisions
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
