The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, including contract review and negotiations, compliance, and civil proceedings
This role requires a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment surrounding cryptocurrencies, as well as the ability to advise on complex legal issues facing the company
Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements
- Provide legal support for civil litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and regulatory developments in the cryptocurrency industry and provide practical guidance to the business
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, operations, and HR, to ensure legal compliance across the organization
- Ensure the company's legal and ethical obligations are met and maintain a high standard of professionalism
Requirements

D
from a top-tier law school - Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- At least 5 years of experience as a corporate attorney, with a focus on contracts and compliance
- Strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
- Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- A team player with a proactive and results-driven approach to work
