Creative Project Manager (NFT & Gaming)

About the role:

As a Creative Project Manager, your proficiency in project coordination, creativity, and strong interest in the NFT space will contribute to delivering an engaging experience in blockchain gaming and Web3 initiatives
You are an exceptionally versatile coordinator capable of overseeing daily creative production to enhance an evolving narrative within an exciting ecosystem
Working in collaboration with artists, strategists, and marketing experts, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the team’s day to day operation and identifying innovative approaches to enhance workflow with new technology
You will serve as the driving force behind NFT creative production, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors in NFT game projects and IP development

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end project management for both internal IP development and external partner collaborations
  This includes scoping, planning, conducting creative reference research, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring the timely delivery of creative, marketing and game assets
  
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to oversee the production and development of creative assets for NFT projects and marketing materials
  
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in Web 3 gaming and NFT space, conducting research on blockchain-based gaming applications and creative strategies
  
• Coordinate effectively with Art Directors, Motion Designers, and Illustrators, providing project briefs, progress updates, and managing delivery timelines
  
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, administrative requirements, manage day-to-day tasks using Airtable, and ensure efficient file management and operations
  
• Communicate with stakeholders from various departments, including Marketing, Strategy, and NFT, to understand their needs, define requirements, and streamline workflows for deliveries
  
• Source and collaborate with external vendors and studios to ensure quality and seamless integration with our internal team
  
• Possess excellent creative writing skills to support the creative team in ideation and research
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Game Production, Media Agency, Marketing, Communications, or relevant background
  
• A strong interest and up-to-date knowledge of the constantly evolving NFT and Web3 gaming landscape
  
• Proficiency in using tools such as Airtable, Trello, Jira, and other project management platforms
  
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma and various media formats
  
• Creative copywriting and narrative writing skills are a strong plus
   Demonstrated excellence in leadership and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams
  
• Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  
• Proactive, quick, and adaptable problem-solving abilities, with a talent for resource management and evolving strategies
  A collaborative and humble attitude that fosters a positive team environment
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  
• Stay up to date with the latest AI imaging technologies, such as Mid Journey and Stable Diffusion, to enhance workflow and production quality
