In line with our expansion, we are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about the crypto space to join our team as a Crypto Flow Trader!

Your role:

• Use market and sector knowledge to assist clients and management with timely implementation of trade ideas
• Ensure correct booking of all trades
• Provide quotes and execute trades for institutional and high net worth individuals
• Build and maintain relationships with traders and RMs
• Monitor automated trading systems as directed
• Suggest improvements to enhance the trading systems and strategies
• Provide market and trading insights to the trading team and management
• Provide multi-asset class trading expertise in equity, options, FX, and futures markets

About you:

• 1-2 years of proven trading record on either buy side or sell side
• Experience with flow book management is a plus
• Experience in coding in Python
• Able to commit to occasional rotational post Asia work hours 
• History of generating alpha through the use of forwards, swaps or options 
• Interests and some familiarity with the crypto market (on-chain metrics) would be advantageous
• Previous experience dealing with high volume and volatile environment
• Good team player, strong communication skills
• Able to prioritize in a fast-moving, high pressure and ever-changing environment with a good sense of urgency
