Want to join us and make a change? We are looking for a  Customer Care Associate (Claims Call Center) who act as representative to provide outstanding service to our customers for general insurance claims

If you are detail orientated and target driven, come and join our team! 

What you will be doing: 

  • Handle inbound calls from external customers for general insurance claims
  • Maintain good customer relationship
  • Shift duty (Mon – Fri: 9:30am – 5:30 pm, with meal break)
  • Other ad hoc duties

What we are looking for:

  • HKDSE/ HKCEE or above
  • With good customer services skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience in call centre and claims are preferred
  • Active learner and problem solver
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a group to execute things in a timely and efficient manner
