What you’ll do
- Handle written correspondence from our clients
- Process access related requests
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Other tasks instructed by superiors
- Perform work in line with internal policies
On day one you’ll bring
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal) – C2 level
- Good organizational skills
We’ll love it even more if you
- Speak additional languages besides English (preferably: Spanish, French, German or Italian)
