Web3Auth (Previously Torus Labs) is a VC-backed company that works on applied cryptography and we specialise in private key management software.

Our company vision is to proliferate the usage of cryptographic keys to enable use cases that empower the individual.

Our solution allows for applications to setup a public key infrastructure while maintaining flows that end-users are familiar with.

Before embarking on Torus the founding team worked on different Ethereum Foundation projects including ENS and Plasma research.

We're heavily execution-driven, flexible and impact-focused.

Our aim is to provide a seamless user experience to the applications that integrate us, ultimately driving adoption in the ecosystem.

You will work hands-on on Torus, various tools and rapidly deliver innovative solutions.



Responsibilities:
Understand and survey current and future prospecting marketsDerive and build pipeline for content generation and publicationWork hand in hand with sales and product teamIterate and evolve our marketing processes to suit the industryLead the marketing and user growth strategic directionsConduct marketing research and business analysis to identify business opportunitiesEstablish KPI’s and analytical approach to growthParticipate in, and lead brainstorming sessionsDriving traffic to the various Web3Auth channels, websites, landing pages, social media, and other distribution channelsWorking with industry standard metrics such as AARRR (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Revenue – Revenue) as well as utilising conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacksWorking on a lean start-up processBeing data-driven a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.

Develop social media communities (e.

Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Meta, Youtube, etc.

) and constantly engage users for acquisition, retention and activationCreates digital community guidelines & policiesCreate best practices for driving new users at various stages of a product’s life (beta, launch, general release, new season, etc)Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion

Requirement
Min 4 years of experience in MarketingA predilection to learning new skills and exploring new concepts with a long-term view of professional developmentHighly experience in the Blockchain world and has done similar marketing strategy in the pastExcellent storytelling skills with a mastery of the English languageStrong performance in building go-to market strategies with an understanding of how to push products in the current market trendA vast and diverse network within the crypto space, including but not limited to influencers, KOL/KOC, content creators and Web 3.
