About the Role
Kraken is seeking a Head of Consumer Insights who will have the opportunity to create the vision for the Consumer Insights function from the ground up
You will lead the process for Kraken to truly understand our current and future customer base, what problems they want us to solve, and how we can reach them
Responsibilities
- Build a world-class Consumer Insights function from the ground up
- Lead the team in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research on customer segmentation, market sizing, brand insights and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX Research and Competitive Intelligence in order to derive insights and inform strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Consumer Insights roles within fast paced competitive environments
- Strong experience working in competitive industries for high growth companies such as Travel, Fintech, Foodtech, Crypto, Gaming
- Previous experience scaling Insights teams to 15+ from the ground up
- Expert knowledge in customer segmentation, market sizing, and both quantitative and qualitative research
- You have lead sophisticated, matrixed teams that are distributed globally
