Description

As an Ecosystem Manager at StarkWare, your primary role is to foster the growth of our diverse global ecosystem of developers, project companies, and users
This will involve various facets such as nerdsniping and mentoring startups and people, coordinating small and large events such hacker houses or large summits, writing inspiring directions for protocol design, product usecases and emerging topics, product marketing, and nurturing direct relationships with core contributors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage programs and initiatives designed to grow our ecosystem of developers, project companies, and users in all regions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the tech and blockchain industry, including universities, venture capitalists, incubators, and the local community
  • Facilitate the creation of a robust and healthy ecosystem of companies and early smart contract developers interested in developing decentralized applications (dApps) on top of Starknet
  • Lead product marketing initiatives to promote the use and understanding of our platform and its benefits
  • Plan and execute relevant events and hacker houses to engage our community and promote knowledge sharing
  • Work closely with core contributors to ensure their needs are met, their voices are heard, and their contributions are effectively leveraged
  • Generate compelling content, ideas, and culture that resonate with our community and stakeholders, effectively communicating our mission and vision

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ecosystem development, VC, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of the blockchain industry, specifically protocols and area of applications including ZKPs
  • Strong product and technical expertise
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Proficient in executing effective product marketing strategies
  • Experience in organizing events, meetups, or similar community engagement initiatives
  • Passionate about supporting and advocating for developer communities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
