Our busy, growing sales outsourcing agency is looking for an organized, energetic, and reliable professional to join our amazing team
In this role, you will represent an up-and-coming technology and telecommunications company while helping them grow and maintain a high level of respect in the local community
 Your primary task will be conducting door-to-door sales calls with residential customers as you work to close deals on fiber optic internet plans

What a field representative does:
- Field agents work approximately 5-8 hours each working day in their territory Tuesday – Saturday
(Tuesday-Friday: 12pm-8pm, Saturday: 10am-6pm) - You’ll spend your week going door-to-door to residences throughout your territory with the goal of having valuable, face-to-face conversations
- You’ll present and educate residential customers on our client’s brand value and services
- Meet weekly sales goals and metrics

Note: The expected total compensation (hourly rate plus commission) for an employee who works part-time and meets sales goals is approximately $70,000 annualized

What you’ll bring to SPI:
- Passion for sales
- A confident communicator
- Proficient in using company issued iPhones, iPads, and CRM systems to manage and document daily activities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- 2+ years of D2D field sales experience is a plus, but not required
If you’re eager to grow as a sales professional, we want to hear from you! - Must own a reliable automobile, possess a valid driver’s license, and have current auto insurance with limits that can be increased to meet our company requirements
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Prolonged periods of traveling from door-to-door in a residential area to conduct in-person sales meetings
- Must be able to carry up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to work until 8pm Tuesday-Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturday
