Event Manager – Digital Assets Industry

We are looking for:

Keyrock is at a critical stage in our growth, and you’ll be the Lead in organising company events
You will help Keyrock get more recognition throughout the industry by setting up innovative and effective events, in-person and online
Organizing our teams’ event agenda and Keyrock satellite events will be part of your daily activities
  Job description:

  • Organize attendance of events and satellite events for Keyrock team members

  • Organizing Keyrock’s own satellite events

  • Attend events and work on-site when required

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging Keyrock events and online content supporting those  events

  • Create and manage the Keyrock event calendar

  • Responsibility for the maintenance of the global event budget

  • Support in the negotiation of event agreements and contracts

  • Conduct post-event evaluation and follow-up

Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of International Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Communication

  • 3+ years proven event management experience in a corporate environment

  • Strong coordination, organizational and administrative skills

  • Thrives under pressure, self-motivated, self-sufficient and reliable

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills 

  • An understanding of crypto/digital assets or financial markets is a big plus
