Executive Assistant to the Investment Team

Pantera Capital is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to 1-2 members of the Investment Team of the firm
The successful candidate will act as primary point of contact for all internal and external matters pertaining to the investing partners, so must demonstrate the ability to manage priorities, identify potential risks or conflicts, and adjust accordingly
Primary responsibilities include heavy calendar management, planning and logistics of domestic and international travel, and coordinating a variety of matters related to operational and personal needs

Primary responsibilities include:

    • Monitor email correspondence and assist with business management
    • Manage all aspects of the investor's calendar, including heavy domestic and international travel
    • Champion organization and execution of team initiatives and activities
    • Business communications (email drafts, letters, etc
      )
    • Light CRM work to help manage the investor's deal pipeline
    • Expense reporting
    • Filing and document management
    • Daily tasks, as requested

The successful candidate will have:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 5+ years of experience as assistant to a C-suite executive, preferably in the banking, technology, or asset management field/VC
    • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to manage priorities, identify potential risks or conflicts, and adjust accordingly
    • Superior organization abilities with keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and switch focus effectively
    • Highly proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • A proactive, self-motivated approach and professional, confident, gracious demeanor
    • The ability to handle confidential company and personal information with the utmost discretion
