to join our Community Management team
 In this exciting project, you will be involved in cultivating and expanding the French and English-speaking communities on different social media platforms, with a focus on Telegram, and Discord
 Under the guidance of our Lead Community Manager Patrick, you will participate in community initiatives
 As a member of the marketing team, you will be interacting with the community, as well as assisting on social media to increase our current engagements
Your Profile You speak and write both French and English languages fluently and are ready to join an internationally distributed, dynamic team
You want to discover a startup's fast-paced environment
You truly enjoy nurturing connections within the community
You have an interest in Blockchain, Web3 and gaming

Key Requirements

    • Fluent in both French and English

    • You are able to come work from our Paris office (near St Lazare station)

    • You are eligible for an internship in France

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of social platforms Telegram and Discord
    • Ability to understand and report community metrics to stakeholders
    • Interest in blockchain technology, web3 projects, and gaming                  

It's nice (but not necessary) if you also have:

    • Experience working in a remote environment 
    • Previous experience (paid or unpaid) in community management
    • Passion for gaming and the gaming community, with an understanding of player motivations and preferences
    • Experience with Crew3/Zealy platform

      Your tasks

    • Participate in Telegram + Discord channels moderation
    • Participate in strategies to expand and grow Ultra’s Community
    • Participate in community events
    • Retrieve metrics on a regular basis
