What you will be doing:
- Manage a team of claim staffs, to assess and approve new claim/complaint case/complicated case within authority and manage customer expectation by offering flexible solution
- Provide regular training and support to enhance professional knowledge and standard of the team
- Work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with company strategy
- Ensure effective and efficient operation procedure and services are delivered in accordance with Company’s standard
- Provide recommendation and engage in projects to enhance internal workflows
- Coordinate and assist in UAT activities such as preparation of test plan, test cases, pre-UAT quality check, monitoring of bug fixing, retest progress, UAT reports and post implementation monitoring
- Provide managerial advice and feedback to streamline procedures and workflow
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in GI claim processing including 5+ years in managerial positions
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust
- Good communicate and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel), Chinese word processing is necessary
- Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Strong team player, willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure
- Highly organized self-starter, capable to lead multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
*** Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Claims Manager
