- Manage and update HRIS database
- Provide administrative support to HR department
- Assist in organizing HR projects and company activities
- Archival of paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Provide support for new employee orientation programme, on-boarding and off-boarding
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Diploma in any discipline
- Advanced understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain preferred
