HR & Ops Manager

💻 Full-time 📍 Location: New Delhi-(Hybrid)

This role centres around overseeing end-to-end recruitment, streamlining operational policies, and maintaining a cohesive team

What you’ll do as a HR & Ops Manager at Syndr:

  • Be accountable for all HR operations, including payroll, superannuation, HR-related vendor management, and on-off boarding

  • Mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, and training

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement

  • Address grievances ensuring fair, consistent, and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures, and values

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection

  • Oversee the performance review process, including setting performance goals, providing training and support to managers, and developing performance improvement plans when necessary

  • Streamline HR operations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

  • Handle employee documentation, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding processes

  • Collaborate with key parties and legal counsel to review, update, and create legally compliant employment documents, including employment contracts, consulting service agreements, and other employment-related templates

  • Ensure accurate HR records and data integrity in HR systems through regular reviews and audits of employee information and HR processes

  • Participate in special projects on a local and global basis as required

 Requirements

  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee engagement, recruitment, operations, and team management

  • MBA in Human Resources or Bachelor’s Degree with previous HR Operations experience working in a fast-paced environment-related field

  • Strong customer focus in the delivery of internal services

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable using tools like Google meet, Zoom, Slack, Keka, FreshTeam, and 1Password
